Drawing vs Photography
Personally, I prefer to take pictures rather than draw. I feel as if I have a more creative mind when it comes to photography because I know how to get good angles with the camera and edit to make colors more vibrant. I’ve never had a good ability for drawing and that’s because I can not come up with things to draw and I do not have a good view for details. My drawings showed a lot less detail quality than my pictures and I personally think that drawing was a lot harder for me.
Representation vs Abstraction
I believe that abstraction is a lot more interesting because there are more hidden messages in abstraction. The images are usually not recognizable and I think that makes the person viewing the art, create their own picture with it. I realized that representation was easier to photograph and draw because there are things that are easily detectable, but abstraction is a lot more fascinating to me.
